This will be a ZOOM meeting, but you do not need ZOOM to join.

Leo Raymond, Managing Director of Mailers Hub, is a five-decade veteran of the postal and mailing community. Leo founded Mailers Hub in 2016 to be the only national organization focused exclusively on commercial mail producers, providing mailers and printers with information, training, and support on postal, mailing, and related business issues.

Bio – Leo Raymond is Managing Director of Mailers Hub and a five-decade veteran of the postal and mailing community.

In March 2003, upon his retirement from a career with the US Postal Service that spanned over 35 years, Leo joined what was then MFSA.

Over the following thirteen years, he served as VP for Postal and Member Relations for MFSA and its successor associations, and lastly served as Director, Postal and Member Engagement, for Idealliance. In those positions, he supported the associations’ members nationwide regarding general postal questions, mailing problems, and related government issues, as well as the associations’ chapter- and conference-based educational programs.

As the focus of the existing trade groups changed, he founded Mailers Hub in 2016 to be the only national organization focused exclusively on commercial mail producers, providing mailers and printers with information, training, and support on postal, mailing, and related business issues.

Leo holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from North Adams State College and has studied at the Darden Graduate School of the University of Virginia. Though a New England native, he and his family now live in Northern Virginia.

Presenters

Tatiana Roy is the Strategic Business Partner supporting the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. As a strategic communications leader with 30+ years of experience in guiding and implementing marketing and communications projects, Tatiana has consistently delivered impactful business results. Tatiana successfully managed complex cross-functional projects using data to identify opportunities to drive performance.

Tatiana manages the Postal Proud communications initiative, which promotes the postal brand by engaging and recognizing employees. She also co-manages USPS Operation Santa, a program that encourages those in need to write letters to Santa and those in positions to give back to adopt letters and help children and families experience the magic of the season… one letter to Santa at a time. Tatiana earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for her work on USPS Operation Santa.

Prior to joining the Strategic Business Partner team, Tatiana was a marketing manager who developed several highly successful teams with motivated and engaged employees.

Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from American University, and a Master of Arts degree in Education and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Southern Maine.


Sue Brennan is the Strategic Business Partner supporting the Chief Logistics and Processing Operations Officer and Executive Vice President. In this role, Sue creates strategic messaging and assists with the communications needs of Chief Logistics and Processing Operations Officer, including working on new ways to communicate with the thousands of plant employees from coast to coast.

Sue leads the development of the award-winning Postal Facts, an annual publication designed to promote Postal Service products, services and initiatives using traditional and social channels.

She also co-manages USPS Operation Santa, a program that encourages those in need to write letters to Santa and those in positions to give back to adopt letters and help children and families experience the magic of the season … one letter to Santa at a time. Sue earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for her work on USPS Operation Santa, and was nominated for an Earl Artis Award – a Corporate Communications award presented to the department’s individual who best exemplifies and demonstrates an exceptional dedication to communications within the Postal Service – for the same reason.

Sue has decades of experience providing strategic counsel to the organization’s C-suite leaders, handling organization-wide public relations issues and activities, media relations challenges and crisis communications. With more than 31 years of service, she has spent nearly 25 years as a corporate spokesperson for the Postal Service at headquarters.

Steve Ciesluk, the driving force of the seamless program at Corporate Mailing Services, Inc., will walk you through everything you need to know!

BIO
Steve likes to save CMS and its clients’ on analyzing mailings to get the full potential of postage savings. Steve has been in the postal industry for over 20 years. Majority of his time is managing the commingle department and working side by side with the USPS post office. Steve helped CMS become one of the first mailing operations in Baltimore to Seamless Acceptance.


Community Outreach

Ms. Alex Skidmore is the Coordinator of Employment Activities in the Continuing Education Department at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Alex recruits, conducts community outreach, and assists youth between 18-24 years of age with successful choices and completion in sustainable trainings that leads to sustainable wages/career pathways. Alex also works closely with the Technical and Allied Health CCBC areas and programs to develop and maintain positive clinical “on the job training opportunities” for both grant funded and open enrollment students. These efforts require a stellar level of customer service as she is following student success and working with community employers to provide them with highly trained professionals.

BIO
Alex has worked in public administration and the for- profit workforce development arena for fifteen years. In her role at the for- profit training institution, she developed and managed federal and state funded pre-apprenticeship programs assisting in serving thousands of students in skilled trades over the course of ten years.

In January 2019, Alex joined the Community College of Baltimore County full time as the Coordinator of Employment Activities in the Continuing Education Department serving the Out of School Youth Program funded by Department of Economic Development serving Baltimore County. Alex recruits, conducts community outreach and assists youth between 18-24 years of age with successful choices and completion in sustainable trainings that leads to sustainable wages/career pathways.

In addition to serving the Out of School Youth Program, Alex also works closely with the Technical and Allied Health CCBC areas and programs to develop and maintain positive clinical “on the job training opportunities” for both grant funded and open enrollment students. These efforts require a stellar level of customer service as she is following student success and working with community employers to provide them with highly trained professionals.

In addition to her current role in August 2013, Alex joined the Baltimore County Department of Social Services (DSS) Job Network, a workforce service program accredited through the Counsel of Accreditation, to support and lead the Non- Custodial Employment Program for a unique partnership with DSS Job Network, Child Support Administration, Community College of Baltimore County and the Baltimore County Circuit Court. Over the course of six years, hundreds of Child support participants were trained or placed in jobs through the Community College of Baltimore County, meeting the objectives and increasing collections in child support revenue.

Alex was nominated for a statewide customer service award, meeting high performing standards. Under her collaboration, Alex participated in expanding the local program to a regional workforce grant providing workforce services for participants who owe child support. In addition to her role with Job Network, Alex continues to be an adjunct instructor at the Community College of Baltimore County in addition to her current full time role in Youth Services, teaching Job Readiness classes and providing employment placement services to job seekers.

Ms Skidmore earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and an Associate in Human service and Business. She is committed to the development of regional initiatives that address employment needs of job seekers and supports the growth of business and economic needs.
