Donna Fahler began her postal career in 1986 in Processing & Distribution, Field Operations and advanced into the HQ Sales organization in 2005, with over 35 years of service. As a Sr Account Manager, she works with companies and organizations to integrate Direct Mail into their marketing and advertising efforts to achieve the highest return on investment and identify shipping savings within a company fulfillment without sacrificing service standards. Donna identifies income-generating solutions to assist with sales and marketing efforts with Preferred Partners and work complex contract agreements to obtain package discounts for commercial shippers.

Prior to her U.S. Postal Service career, Donna was a high school graduate, and an Entrepreneur.

Outside of her Postal career, Donna enjoys building effective and fulfilling business partnerships as a network marketer and as an Entrepreneur over the last 34 years. She has led a team of over 110 entrepreneurs as Advanced Director Direct Sales and was co-owner in a family flooring business.

On the personal side Donna is currently a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, Riley, Brennan, and Bryson. She has been married to husband George since 1994 and is a proud parent of 4 grown children with the oldest fulfilling a two-year nursing assignment in Guam. For relaxation she enjoys camping with her family including her Chocolate Labrador, Reagan.

Karen has been in the graphic arts industry, OEM and technologies since 1986 with management roles in sales and marketing. Karen was president of an organization in NYC, Women in Production, on the Board of Directors for Trail Blazers in NYC, as well as several other for profit and nonprofit Boards in her career. She is an entrepreneur, a conference speaker, business consultant and in 2020 joined Score.org as a certified business mentor. She owned Maher Media since 2012 and became a Partner of UnifiedAR in May of 2020. In October of 2021 she joined UnifiedAR as an Account Manager Partner Channel North American where she provides Partners with support, information and trends, reports, training and resources that promote growth and business solutions in Augmented Reality.
