Topic – “The Global Perspective: What’s Happening with International Mailing and Shipping”
Description – Cross-border ecommerce has been a booming market with growth anticipated for years to come. Postal operators are expected to reap benefits from this growth in international ecommerce. But the pandemic has made moving packages (and letters) around the world extremely difficult. The loss of airlift, movement of mail to slower ocean vessels, workforce interruptions, and rising postage rates due to changes in the Universal Postal Union’s terminal dues system have made 2020 an unprecedented year for international mailers and shippers. Learn what’s happening with international mailing and shipping, and how to stay on top of the challenges and opportunities of going global.
This will be a ZOOM meeting, but you do not need ZOOM to join.
