Friday, January 5th, 2018 – Price Changes and More
This webinar was presented by Leo Raymond, Managing Director of the Mailers Hub, and an information resource for mail service providers and other companies in the mailing industry. Learn how the postage rates have changed, understand the why behind the changes and, most importantly, how you will be impacted. This rate change is significant in scope and you will not want to miss it. (A copy of presentation is available by request)

2nd Webinar

Monday, February 5th – MOVE Update
This webinar will be presented from 11 AM – 12 PM by Malaki Gravely, USPS. The Move Update standard is a means of reducing the number of mail pieces requiring forwarding or return by periodically matching the mailer’s address records with change-of-address (COA) orders received and maintained by the Postal Service™.

3rd Webinar

Monday, March 5th – Seamless Acceptance/Mailer Scorecard & Plant Tour of Baltimore’s Processing and Distribution Facility
This in person session will provide updated information on Seamless Acceptance and the Mailer’s Scorecard. Event begins at 8:30 am with a continental breakfast provided. Tour of facility at conclusion of presentations.

4th Webinar

Thursday, April 5th – Mail Piece Design
Back by popular demand! Stanford Gibbs, USPS Mail Piece Design Analyst, will host this webinar on designing your mail for automation compatibility.

5th Webinar

Tuesday, May 15th – The Check is In the Mail – Tracking Response and Reply Mail with Informed Visibility®
The Postal Service deployed their new tracking platform, Informed Visibility at the beginning of the year. This system gives new transparency into where your mail is and when it is being delivered. Just as important, IV lets you see when responses have been placed in the mail, so you can know your response rates as soon as they are mailed – even using preprinted Business Reply envelopes. Dave Lewis, President of SnailWorks, will describe how IV inbound tracking works – how to get started with IV, and how to use what you learn to optimize your direct mail efforts.
