Description – Learn about innovative solutions to receive inbound mail and distribute mail to your employees. With the current state of our environment people are working remotely or with limited access to the office, knowing how to securely have mail available at any time of day to your employees is more crucial now than ever. The USPS and leading industry experts will discuss how you can implement solutions at your company. The panel will be hosted by Sally Pfabe, Regional VP at IST Management.

Rob Hanlon
Sr. Delivery Strategy Specialist
USPS

Bio – Robert Hanlon has 27 years of postal experience and has been a Senior Delivery Strategy Specialist for the USPS for the past 5 years. In his current position he oversees improving customer experience with last mile package delivery through alternative secure package delivery utilizing smart lockers, smart locks, mailbox redesigns and smart home/car systems. Additionally he oversees improved package processing in delivery units through automating sortation, vehicle loading and package routing.


Daniel Greaney
Sr. Solutions Engineer, Higher Education
Quadient

Bio – For more than a decade Dan has worked with Higher Education institutions throughout North America. Previously the Program Manager of Logistics Software Technology at Quadient, he led the launch of both our Inbound Parcel Tracking solution as well as our Intelligent Parcel Locker solution. Dan is a proud graduate and supporter of athletics at the University of Connecticut where he received his undergrad degree as well as the Florida State University where he received his MBA. When he is not traveling to universities to design solutions, Dan enjoys his time with his wife and twin daughters at home in Connecticut.


Brett Liese
Federal Government Account Manager
Pitney Bowes

Bio – Brett has worked for Pitney Bowes for almost 18 year but his exposure to the mail industry started way before that. Brett grew up in a small town in Northeastern PA where he remembers folding and stuffing marketing envelopes for his family’s furniture store. Shortly after graduating from Fordham University Brett joined his uncle, father and cousin working at Pitney Bowes. He started as a sales rep in Fort Collins Colorado out of the Denver Office. He then transferred to the Miami Florida office where he took a position as an Associate Manger for 6 months before being promoted to a Field Sales Manager in the Palm Beach Office. In 2008 Brett accepted a promotion and moved to Baltimore to run the Baltimore Sales office as a District Sales Manager. That is when Brett started working with the GBPCC and joined the board 2012. In 2014 Brett moved out of management and back into sales taking over as the State of Maryland before taking his current position working with the Federal Government.


Sally Pfabe
Regional VP, Baltimore-Washington, DC – Virginia
IST Management

Bio – For over a decade, Sally has focused on the mailroom and administrative contract management arenas. She has written over 150 proposals within the last 15 years. Her speaking engagements have allowed her to provide valuable educational training to over 1,500 individuals across the nation. She is currently the Regional Vice President for IST Management in the Baltimore – Washington, DC – Virginia region.
